He's Finally Here....

  • Mood: Very Happy

Yep he's here and finally home. He was born Wednesday Morning at 1:47am. Jennafer went to the hospital sunday with contractions 7 minutes apart and they sent her home because she wasn't dilating. So, we, (Jack & I), took her back tuesday night around 7pm with the contractions 4 minutes apart and they sent her home again saying that she had only dilated to 3 centimeters and her water hadn't broke sooo, back home we went. The nurse told her to take a couple of Tylenol PMs to help her body relax enough for her to dilate. She did and her contractions started coming about every 2 minutes and lasting 3 minutes each time she had one. SOO, back to the hospital we went and of course she hadn't dilated any YET, and they said they were going to watch her for another hour and if nothing happened, ( meaning if she hasn't dilated any), they were gunna send her home. AGAIN! Well she showed them...right when they said she was going to be able to leave her water broke. The Dr. came in and said, "Oh it takes at least 7 hours for the first baby to be delivered." Her water broke at 12:41am. I looked at the Dr. and said, "Nope she'll have it within the next hour or so." An she did! She went from 3 centimeters to 8 to delivering within an hour. Jackie Wayne Jr. was born at 1:47...well, actually it was 1:44 but it seems no one looked at the clock but me when he squirted out, and I do mean SQUIRTED! Fluid went everywhere. I ducked and it hit Jack in the chest...lol I am really proud of both of them, (Jennafer & Jack), he kept her calmed down and kept her from pushing when she wasn't supposed to, and she did great at delivering the baby. She didn't have any medications at all! Everyone thought for sure she would want the epidural, but she didn't. Jack-Jack weighed in at 4lbs. and 13ozs. he was 17.5 inches long. Yea he's a tiny little sweetie. He hardly ever cries and is always smiling...or pooping...lol He has everyone wrapped around his little fingers!

Welp I am off to bed for a nap got up trying to help out and did the 4am feeding so they could get some rest. They are both BEAT! But, they are Both going to be GREAT parents!!! Ciao Me

P.S. If you would like to see him and send congrats to the baby or parents just go to this page it should take you straight to his pictures.   growingfamily.com - WebNursery
